Direct Deposit

You don't need a credit card to shop with us. If you select the Direct Deposit option you will be provided with bank account details where you will be able to pay directly into our account. Please use your Order Number as the reference code.

If payment has not been received within the 3 days the order will auto-cancel. Please note, that your order cannot be processed till payment has been received. If you require an extension in time, or have made payment and are waiting for it to clear, please send an email to sales@agoo.com.au and we will be happy to update your order.

Credit Card Payments

We use Commweb, Commonwealth Bank’s premium e-commerce payment gateway. The third party bank hosted model provides the highest level of security for your personal details.

When you are ready to pay you will be redirected from the Agoo website to a bank hosted payment page to enter your card details. We do not see your card details at any stage during the payment process. Hackers cannot steal your information from our website because your details are never stored there. Once your transaction has been approved and processed you will be redirected back to our website.

Paypal

We have selected Paypal primarily for the great security Paypal provides and also for the fact that Paypal is a preference of many of our customers. In order to use the Paypal gateway it is not necessary to hold a Paypal account. Just select "Don't have a Paypal account" and you will be able to finalise your purchase with your credit card details.

Customers can be assured that that their purchase is completed in the most secure environment. Security is important to us we do not record any financial or credit card information that you enter through the secure paypal site.
